On 22 February 2024 we had experienced a service outage for our SolusVM billing service.
"Service Suspension Notification" and "Unpaid Invoice Notification" were sent for the active and paid licenses.
Please rest assured that SolusVM licenses were not affected by outage and will remain active and those email could be safely ignored.
At the moment, the service is working normally.
